Do you glaze them at then end? Sometimes I do BBQ sauce or Terriyaki, Sriacha and lime juice.

Just replayed the song. I think it's a live version, he finished very long and strong, like you said. He added his trademark "Thank you very much" at the end and then said something to the crowd as the applauded, couldn't make it out.
