If *and more then likely he will be* available during the Off-Season as a Free Agent, do we make a move to get him? Maybe to replace a departing Spears?

Peppers has stated in the past his intention to play for a 3-4 defense, we have that.

Oh please stop. You do not need to post every thought that comes through your brain. Sometimes its best not to share, like here.

Only if he wants to play olb and replace Spencer.

What is your beef with Spencer? He plays hard and appears to be getting better. He has upside potential in my opinion.

I like Spencer, alot. If he continues improving we could have two elite OLB's

Well if that is the case 3/4 of the team needs to go.

Have you watched many games this year? Spencer is one of the better players we have. Now if you want to say the Cowboys just suck, go ahead but Spencer is not the reason. Lack of production is the standard for this team, not the exception.

Whatever, he has the same amount of sacks as Barbie and is on the field a helluva lot more.

He is a JAG.

If that is the case, we are going to suck for a very long time, considering he is one of our best defensive players.

Oh well.

Get your positions straight. A 3-4 DE needs to be in the 300lbs range. Peppers would be a OLB. He cannot replace Spears. :bang2:

Peppers is widely regarded as one of the best defensive ends. [5] Although considered a “perfect fit” as a 4-3 DE,[6][7] Peppers′ agent announced his client’s intention to play in a 3-4 defense early in the 2009 NFL off-season.[8] However, Peppers then signed his one-year, $16.683 million franchise tender with the Panthers on June 24, 2009. The deal is fully guaranteed. Another $1.5 million is available if Peppers makes his fifth Pro Bowl, and he can earn $250,000 more per Panthers playoff win, including the Super Bowl.[9]
I apologize.

...but it works on Madden?????????

Look, Peppers is one of my favorite non-Cowboys in the NFL, but Spencer has really improved and that is money better spent elsewhere. Like on a new Head Coach and new Offensive Coordinator. Oops, I typed my private thoughts again.

I only use the Cowboys roster and never trade, so I wouldn't know.
