Julius Williams pro day, opened some eyes!

Former Connecticut defensive end Julius Williams (6' 1", 260) opened some eyes with his 41" vertical leap, 36 bench press repetitions (of 225 pounds) and a time of 4.59 seconds in the 40-yard dash at Pro Day (3/25). Williams, who is projected to be an outside linebacker in the N.F.L, had a private workout with the Denver Broncos last Friday, will visit the New York Giants on Monday and then will head south for workouts with the Jacksonville Jaguars (April 14-15) and Atlanta Falcons (April 16). We've been told the Chargers would also like to set up a private visit with Julius.

wasn't a bad player in college, in fact led UConn in sacks in '07 with 8.5
