I still don't get why they broadcast docuseries and whatever on holidays. Who wouldn't put it on that channel if they were airing classic games while they grill out? I know I would.

Great Wall of Dallas is my favorite Football Life out of that whole series, with Landry being a close second.

I can barely watch the Romo one because I can't re-live that Dez catch over and over again and watch he and his wife tear up talking about it. "That would have been the greatest throw of my career" - sorry, Tony :(

You’d be surprised how many people don’t celebrate a lot of holidays. TV time on those days is more important than regular days because they don’t want anyone around to ruin their Grinch moment.

Boy this is going to piss a lot of people off :) I love it:laugh:
It will royally piss off every single person, who always claim the Cowboys do not deserve the moniker 'America's Team', especially New England Patriots fans, seeing the National Football League's own television network proclaim Dallas as exactly that.

I don't think they play nearly enough past games as they should. But perhaps I'm in the minority on that?
You aren't. They should.

I often think that. They have all these great games from history, and ye the show the same crap over and over.
Same with team yearbook highlight shows. Like why don't they show the original NFL Films year that NFL Films actually dubbed them America's Team.

Even the yearbook show after the 1-15 season was a decent show, as they focused on how the team could build and not how bad they were.

No show about the greatness of Garrett? That would be because he sucks and doesn't deserve it and certainly hasn't earned anything.

On the birthday of our nation, ain't nobody got time for that. Get away from the TV or video screen and get out with family and friends and do on this day what is mean to be done, celebrate America and how thankful you are to be an American. Cookout, play with the kids or grand kids and make memories. Enjoy the fireworks and be thankful football is just around the corner.
