So who is a great team? The guys who let to Cleveland, Minnesota, and Cincinnati?

The schedule has spoken. The Cowboys are a good team, but not a great one. Any mirage of greatness was the product of a schedule front-loaded with cream puffs.
Yep, and the verdict is the Cowboys are what we have suspected they are... good enough not to be a bottom feeder, but not good enough to win or compete for the big Enchilada.. had same type of teams with Garrett. Can't get over the hump.

Give us some dog teams esp at home and a playoff team that has a losing record throw in at least 2-3 T/O by our defense and we spank them.

Face a real team.............. Problem.

In the end, we are the fools who suffer as both these Jags players and owners make millions!

There are only two clearly superior teams in the NFL. The Cowboys are among the pack behind them.

I mean honestly there’s probably only one great team maybe two. But yeah it’s quite clear we are good but not good enough to close out games. Which is what we have known. It’s what we were last year and the year before. Hoped that things would change but I mean we are right back to being a touchdown or so worse than the 49ers…..

This year we were many touchdowns worse than SF

Yep. Those who were beating their chests and acting like working the Birds meant we were on the way to the SB are kind of quiet now

In the end we are soft. sometimes its the offense; sometimes its the defense; sometime its the coaching
but when the rubber meats the road we get a flat tire

Yes...SF is a "great" team...far and away. Their three-game skid was directly attributable to injuries to key offensive playmakers. If they remain healthy, nobody's going to beat them this season.

Oh, ok. So we can attribute their losses to injuries, but Tyron Smith, Hankins, etc being out doesn't count for us. Got it.

Been calling these guys the "Not Ready For Primetime Players" since the Garrett days.

There was nothing we did in the off season to think we could compete with SF.

Jury been out...

It's always been a roster management issue. Great scouting department, but negated by the two morons who make decisions with that information. They go into each year with gaping holes at positions where you can't have holes and expect to compete in December.
