You think Zeke sucked last night (which he did) he had a much better game than Barkley, who had all of ONE YARD RUSHING yesterday against the Jets, now that's embarrassing!

But..... Zeke's contract is putting a bullseye on him.

Barkley, will still get paid, no matter how many times he sucks. A good portion of our fan base supports him.

Thats why its good to watch the game - not on Barkley, the O-line was atrocious.

Wait a minute my friend, you can never blame the line when you are an elite running back. As bad as they are, he still only rushed for one yard. It was the same bad line blocking in other games, so...

Like I said watching the game helps - not talking about other games or wether Barkley is great or not.

I missed his first couple of runs but from what I saw on the 9-10 of his runs - he couldn't even reach the LOS - got hit in the backfield every time.

When virtually every first-down call is a run between the tackles, it doesn’t take long for the opposing defense to adjust.

I am being facetious, but why couldn't he juke those defenders in the backfield? Had to get one more in.

NYC, I believe that Barkley is a great back, and his line does stink. His career may be cut short, if he doesn't leave, or they draft some better lineman.

My bad - I thought your first line might have been sarcasm but wasn't sure.
Another thing I noticed in the Jet-giant game was how Levion Bell is just a not looking good - combination of him seeming to have lost a step, bad line and bad play calling.

It does seem like the value of RB's will take an even bigger hit, in years to come. Cook, Barkley, and McCaffery, may have to settle, once their contracts come up.

We have 4 guys who would be the best OLmen on the Giants roster.

Barkley has been a home run hitter since college. If he does not bust a very long run, his stat sheet will look very bad. He is not consistent at all and many times seems like a non factor. He has done nothing to make that Giants offense any better.
