Just Bought A Tacoma...

Just saw this thread because with my next duty assignment, I'm thinking that a truck or some sort of SUV is going to be useful, especially 4x4.

I had considered the Tacoma and pretty much nothing else. There aren't really any trucks out there for the value that catch my eye except the Honda Ridgeline, but I could get a Tacoma with all my needs for less than the Honda.

The Honda's in-bed "trunk" does come in handy for tailgating, though. Me and Dad have definitely put ice in there for beer on more than one occasion (it has a drainage outlet for the melted water).

For some reason that sounds funny to me....

Melting water is no easy task. It takes some serious skill. If Cas has mastered it he needs to share his secret, although I am not sure there is a practical application. What exactly would you do with melted water?
