This is easy. Lamb all the way for one simple reason. Adams is still a possibility all the way up to the trade deadline.

I would go Adams because there’s quality talent to be had in the draft at WR. Conversely, there’s not a safety in the draft the caliber of Adams.

In reality, the option would be:

Lamb + 15M+ per season to spend on another player

OR

Adams

i'd go with adams simply because I already know he's a proven product. I'm still happy with having Lamb though.
