Tough to choose just one but a good Mississippi Mud Pie is probably at the top of my list. I do love pretty much any kind of cheesecake too though.

I think I have a new favorite dessert.

At my niece's graduation party yesterday, one of my other nieces brought a banana cheesecake that she had a friend make for her. It's got a banana bread base, rather than the typical cheesecake crust, and it was absolutely amazing. I just had a piece for breakfast.

Cafe Du Monde is a French Quarter staple that was built in 1862 and is open 24 hours a day every day except Christmas. They serve only coffee and beignets and it's the spot to go after drinking all night in the Quarter. The place is packed from midnight until 2:00-3:00 in the morning.

I just looked it up. Looks really tasty. I tried to edit my post, but it kept scrolling past my post, then onto the ad at the bottom, then to the site being advertised. I had to throw my phone on the floor and start over.
