Crosby is also nearly 29 and starting to show signs of breaking down. Keeping that draft pick and using it on a young player makes more sense at this point.

I would rather sell players. Rebuild from scratch. Bring in a disciplinarian head coach. Get as many high draft picks as possible and build a young, hungry, physical team.

I would absolutely love that. Unfortunately, our Crypt Keeper of an owner/GM doesn't like or know how to rebuild a team. He is content being in the mix.

I think he can do it, his last 3 healthy seasons he has played he was near the top of the league in performance, lead league TDs in 2023 and near top in 2021 and 2025, lots of yards, not a lot of picks….hes not the problem with the team right now. We could move on, and maybe end up with garbage for QB play like many other teams…..grass is t always greener.

its time to bite the bullet and just give the Raiders what they want for Crosby. This team has wasted another high pick on EZ and he sucks. No moves, weak, thats not a good combo for an end. Make the trade before the season gets out of hand. I'd be OK trading a pick and Gary to get a damaged Parsons back. Can't be any worse the crap ends we have now.

This is a dead issue. The Raiders look improved. One more win before the trade deadline (or upset of a divisional favorite) and it won't even be a talking point. Also he doesn't want to leave Vegas.

To do that, takes a front office with a vision. We have seen both the Niners and Eagles do it multiple times while we are still stuck in mud. You also need to hit on the draft picks, something we don't do well.

Honestly, not sure the last time the Cowboys tore it down and started over. For sure not during the now 20yrs of Dak/Romo era.

Then endorse firing him. See how long it takes for him to be hired elsewhere. His meteoric rise in the NFL coaching ranks despite his youth is proof enough of what teams think of him. The Eagles new OC’s offense looked terrible in his first game and even Eagles fans aren’t suggesting he should be terminated. They were not kind to Hurts, but why would yesterday have been any different?

One game and Cowboys fans are ready to quit on the whole season. It’s absurd. No wonder JJ couldn’t care less how many years it’s been.

Yup. My only wish was him drafting ARod instead of Marcus Spears, and him staying through 2008 or 2009. Him with that 2007 team would have been nice….especially with year 3 ARod and TO and Witt and the run game.
