Just enjoy the game for crying out loud

Hey dudes, it's okay to vent and let your emotions out regarding our beloved Cowboys but we must remember that it is a game that we only get to enjoy 4 to 5 months out of the year. I really enjoy coming to this forum and hearing the venting and occasional whining but please just enjoy the game. I was watching the game Monday night and was getting frustrated with what was happening but knew adjustments would be made. The guys with me were Steeler and Carolina fans and we talked trash and joked like men always do while watching football.

I really hope the Boys win it all this year, but if not I will wait another year. I've been a fan since 1978 and seen the ups and downs of the Boys. I hate when the Boys lose and want to vent and whine but I hate when football season is over a whole lot more. Over the years I've learned to just enjoy the game because the season comes and goes way too fast.

Pretty soon I will have to watch stupid X games or football reruns on ESPN classic. NFL rewind is okay but there is nothing that compares to watching the game live. I am divorced so thank God I don't have a Mrs barking down my back about watching football. So as of now I will continue to enjoy this part of the year. Enjoy talking trash on other forums. Enjoy watching another 4th round jem blossom. Enjoy Jerry cheer in the booth. Enjoy another Ohio State draft pick bust. Enjoy the game now because it will vanish like the Commander fans who saw their team dismantle Sunday at Ford Field.

We all hope Dallas does great and goes far. I don't think there is anyone here who are Cowboys fans who hope otherwise. But we all do need to learn to enjoy it all more.

In a just and more beautiful world, we'd get NFL games 12 months a year.

Git in some new players!

Tickets sales/enthusiasm lags?
Give a team the ability to play ANYONE it wants in a given week!

That's the world I want to live in.
