Again trying to distract from the issue

Whatever the “criteria for success” is, it is not 4-5 playoff wins in 29 years with ZERO NFCCG appearances and ZERO SB appearances

Bottom line is that the current GM, Dir of Player Personnel, HC and QB have failed miserably and should be removed

Simple
You should quit complaining and enjoy today's action.

So, what is the standard for a successful season? Is it making the playoffs? Is it winning your division? Is it winning the Conference Championship Game? Or, Is it winning the SB? If winning the SB is the "Gold Standard" for success, one could argue that the 49ers have been no more successful than the Cowboys over the last three decades, since the 49ers last won the SB in 1995, and the Cowboys last won the SB in 1996. I guess it's all just a matter of opinion.
Let's not kid ourselves the 9ers are not the gold standard. The Patriots are, period. Despite anything to the contrary on deflated balls and videotaping they are the standard.

The Chiefs are making a push for the new standard of excellence. When we look a organizations from top to bottom does Dallas look anything like the the Brady era Patriots or the Veach, Reid and Mahomes led Chiefs.

Take a look at the action that Brett Veach has done since becoming the GM of the Chiefs. HIs career with the Eagles and Andy Reid.

Everything you see from the Dallas Cowboys does suggest significant stagnation from the leadership side of things, and Brett Veach is the standard in the NFL for building a SuperBowl competing roster.
