Alright first. I know I dont post much, but I wanted to share some thoughts on the game
We sat in V5 10 rows up great view. There were a few jerk off sd fans. One was talking trash about the roughing the passer play. Then they got pist when henry fell and left the wr open they claim henry interfered. BS. It was awesome how many cowboy fans were there. Impressive.

On to the game. Guys we have a serious problem with the o-line. They were getting man handled. They started coming together when andre was in there. But they weren't opening and holes for JJ.

Drew. wow thats all I have to say. He kept his cool, and played one of the best games for a dallas qb since our future HOFer. I hope drew keeps it up!

Crayton. This kid is special, always making plays. I dont know how price is going to fit in. we need this keid badly.

witten. didnt show much today. I guess having gates play witten in practice really helped the chargers.

Keith davis. this kid can hit! watching him lay KM out in the end zone was fantastic. And of course roy, was insane with crushing hits

The d-line really needs to wrap the qb up. we had missed sacks. How did drew brees get some of those passes off?

On the way home we were listening to 105.3 chargers talk, and they were a bunch of whiny classless babies. if only gates would have played. thats all they kept saying. and they complained about the penlties that gave dallas a few key first downs.

I was disapointed in the chargers fans, I thought they were a bunch of loud mouths, and very classless. They wanted to start fights with everyone. even when you complimented them on a play, they would make a smart*** remark. I saw many CB fans getting pist by this. I also got tired of hearing "there is only one 21" and the " lt lt lt lt lt" chants.

Last but not least Special teams blows. we got very lucky the jose was able to tackle! I hope they fix this .

On a side note. on the third series a-train got alot of play. I couldnt understand why they kept one of our best players on the sideline on that TD drive. :star:

Wasn't Jammer the fella braggin about how he was gonna defy the NFL and they're contact rules on a receiver. Did he not say, basically, to hell with the rule and revert to his college playing style and go ahead and do the contact and "let them call it if they want to". I believe he was responsible for two of the three penalties which gave the Cowboys life on third down. No excuses here in my opinion. Nary a one. Kinda like asking for it. Should of at least been smart enough to NOT do it on third and long downs with no cahnce of even a field goal. Am I wrong here?

ya he shot his mouth off. I can think of 2 plays thats he got flagged for. one was a hold on a 3rd down. he held pat, second was the 12 man on the field. the guys on 105.3 said that he was in there on the wrong defensive package.

His holds were far from egregious - I think he brought attention onto himself with those comments and lead to some borderline calls going our way. The kid really needs to mature and keep his mouth shut about things like this. It is a battle he cannot win.

I commented in the official game thread earlier about the obvious amount of Boys fans there. There is no doubt that Dallas is still Americas team. Very strong fan base nationally.

if Jammer really said that about defying the NFL, then I have respect for him. I like that, I really do

kinda like Roy Williams and his defiance of the "horse collar rule" basically saying he'd rather do it than have Parcells yell at him on the sidelines for missing a tackle
