Almost no TO postings today. How refreshing. Even more refreshing: he had a modest day on the field and didn't blow up or jaw at anyone. Seems ... impossible.

True.

I think the most important aspect of this is some wondered how he would act if we Won and he didnt have great stats.

I think that question has can be put to rest for at least 1 week.

Even TO must have enough smarts to not act like his natural selfish self after a win like that. Let it happen 2 or 3 times in a row and then we'll find out for sure.

TO has some very nice blocks as well.

46 Oliver Hoyte had some outstanding blocks in that game, on several runs I would see him just move people out and allow Jones or Barber a hole to run through.

Big ups to TO. I don't believe he missed anything thrown at him, and that catch he stole from Harper on the slant was great. He wasn't a huge factor, but he did what he needed to.

I agree. He played a good game and even though he had no TD he made a couple of big plays to help Dallas move the chains.

He was exactly what I hope we see every game. Part of a team. Nice day for him.

Someone posted that they saw Owens on ESPN News, and he was all about the team.

I would like to see that interview.

I like the fact that we had great ball distribution, and that T. Glenn was the leading receiver this game.

That makes it harder to defend our passing game in the future because the next game it may be Witten, Crayton or Owens with the big numbers.

Romo has really changed the landscape of this season !!

Why was I expecting a Terrance Newman blast when I saw the title of this thread?

Well, I was fooled.

Truer words were never spoken.

As far as TO and the media, the guy has impressed me all season, saying the right things, using the word "we" quite a bit. And during the game, I saw him celebrating when teammates made good plays. It was refresing.

I watched the interview and he was all about the team winning and moving forward to the next game. i think that THIS season ( and I stress that because I will not apologize for his past brainlocks) he has gotten a bad rap. I know he has gotten the twenty something fines and been quoted for stupid comments and has tested the depths of BP patience but the guy really just wants to win...get paid well for doing it...and end his career on a high note.

I think T.O. has matured to know that being public enemy number one is not a good image to have. I think he was frustrated ( like the fans) at the play of Deadslow and the fact we were losing. Now Romo has sparked life in this team and if the defense continues to play like they have then T.O. will stay happy.

I also think the drop pass in Washington really humbled him to a point of knowing the importance of it being a team game. He knows that his drops have come at crucial times and it has been very vanderjact of him to talk the talk and have moments where he did not back it up. The past is the past and I think Cowboy fans will eventually embrace T.O. and be behind him. Like he has shown he is behind this team.
