Whatever happen to the Shotgun Draw play with Julius Jones?

It was on full display during the Patriots and Jets game and was quite effective.

Julius Jones even picked up about 8 yards or so and a first down in that formation against the Lions, even though it got called back because Kosier got called for a holding penalty.

JuJo use to tear it up in that formation in his rookie year.

JJ is absolutely snake bit. I have lost count of the really good runs he has had called back because of penalties; and they almost all have been really stupid penalties, too.

Well teams also didn't have much film on JuJo when he was tearing up the league, once teams became familiar with how successful he was on draws they weren't going to get gashed anymore. I think this had about as much to do with him becoming piss poor, as BP changing his running style.
