Just got back from the game, great view btw, and offer a few personal observations. Nothing profound, just sounding off.
1. Our run defense was bad tonight. This wasn't Tomlinson gashing us again and again, it was Ahman Green and Ron Dayne.
2. They attacked away from Newman all night and never had to pay for it. They picked on Glenn, and #42 (sorry, I'm tired and have drawn a blank)
3. Romo has got to put more on the ball, and I'm not just talking about the woeful under throw on the deep ball to T.O. I saw it 3 or 4 times tonight, including the TD to Witten, when Romo made good plays with his feet, good decision, only to put his receiver in a bad spot by not having much on the ball. If he zings the TD pass to Witten instead of floating it, the defender doesn't even come into play.
4. What happened on the extra point? Maybe someone who saw it on TV can enlighten me? Did he just shank it?
5. All in all we just didn't look very inspired. It is the Super Bowl to the woeful Texans each year, I wish we would at least show up.
