Just some complaining about verizon

So for the past 3 months verizon keeps "accidentally" overcharging our account and every month we have to call them and have it removed. Well today the droid 4 came out and I was going to upgrade my original droid to it.

However the only store with it in stock was 40 minutes away. So I drive there and the guy is processing my upgrade when he says our account owes money....Needless to say verizon had "accidentally" overcharged us again. I'm on the phone with verizon while in the store and the guy on the phone says hes sorry and the balance will be set to zero BUT the system won't show it as 0 until monday. Because of that I won't be able to upgrade my phone. Basically I drove 40 minutes to a store and can't upgrade because they suck. The guy in the store even said that's messed up. So an hour and a half and who knows how much gas later I still have my old phone.

Sorry just wanted to get it off my chest.

I would call up and ask to talk to a manager and lay in to them if they did this repeatedly to me man would that be a fight. You are being way to nice once I understand but please over and over again yea fight.
 
No way I would let that happen. They would be crediting me for all my troubles. A brand new droid 4 with no contract sounds about right.

If it continued, they would be paying my monthly bill until it stopped happening too.

Sorry to hear that. I heard Verizon was having the double data deal too.

Well I'm pretty sure we are grandfathered in with the unlimited data deal though I may be wrong about that.

Verizon has been screwing me over for my bill for years. I have wireless and home fios so an incredible amount of monthly bills. They have cheated me so many times its unreal. I am lead to believe its intentional like for example I turned off my sons texting and called back to confirm because i know how they are. Sure enough after calling back the change wasnt made and was hit w/ over charges after i made the change. This happens every time. I lost it and maybe overreacted w/ the call center and manager. I have to check my bill very closely
because after being a loyal customer they continue to try and cheat me every chance they can. Im not sure if its because the call center is overseas or they just dont believe in the customer. They lied to me several times its unbelievable....:bang2:
