So for the past 3 months verizon keeps "accidentally" overcharging our account and every month we have to call them and have it removed. Well today the droid 4 came out and I was going to upgrade my original droid to it.
However the only store with it in stock was 40 minutes away. So I drive there and the guy is processing my upgrade when he says our account owes money....Needless to say verizon had "accidentally" overcharged us again. I'm on the phone with verizon while in the store and the guy on the phone says hes sorry and the balance will be set to zero BUT the system won't show it as 0 until monday. Because of that I won't be able to upgrade my phone. Basically I drove 40 minutes to a store and can't upgrade because they suck. The guy in the store even said that's messed up. So an hour and a half and who knows how much gas later I still have my old phone.
