He is not a garbage QB. The man can play. But I can’t believe how poorly he can play in playoffs games. But you all need to look at who plays Defense. D-Law played as good as he could against the run. I didn’t see much from anyone else. But to be honest I checked out mentally after the first half. I think most of us knew after the first quarter we were done.. Quinn has had plenty of time to stop the run. His Defense has been exposed a while back. Its simple. We stop the run long enough for our Offense and ST to put up points and make opposing Offense one dimensional. If that don’t happen then it’s gonna be a long day.

What was our record. What was it for the last 3 seasons. A lot of teams would love to have a QB that could help lead the team to that record. Especially a team with no run game and average O-Line.

With that being said I can no longer defend the choker title people are putting on him. Although our Defense gave up so many points that even if Dak had a good game we would have lost. What’s the odds Lance is in the mix next year. Dak may get to test the market.

Ultimately dak owns that terrible playoff record and he was bad yesterday but it’s way more nuanced than that. Yesterday, wasn’t a dak loss it was a team loss but that’s just yesterday and he’s certainly had his stinkers

Honestly OP, I'm not you will now find many fans and/or media saying we should keep Dak. The only issue is how to minimize the impact of his massive dead cap hit. Either way, I'm sure the majority has reached the end of the line with him but like I said in another thread, he doesn't play defense. Their failure is on the same level........just not money-wise.

Those are not fans. I know I can’t defend him very much any more. He did not look good. But I thought it would have been good enough if our Defense was playing the way it should. We got the ball stuffed down our throats..
