Yeah they definitely have.

It's pretty clear we finally hit on an offensive tackle in Doug Free.

I could tell as a rookie he had the feet of an LT, but then he regressed in year two and left me wondering.

Free answered the challenge last summer and showed the coaches he was ready for playing time this year, something he got even before Marc Colombo's injury forced him into action.

He's cemented the fact he's ready by playing beyond expectations on the more physical right side, his second best position.
