With the news that Jaylon may have to play with the brace, should we take a flyer on Durant? At times he flashed last season, still. He's a leader but not an every down player anymore.

Maybe a one year deal, 1.5m w incentives?

I know it's horrible that we consider these aging vets, but with the mantra of "not being big spenders" would y'all be oposed to this signing, with the caveat that he passes a physical?

He's 31.

He was the pass coverage LB last season.

There should be a lot of options for coverage LBs that come out on most base downs. You can look at smaller players in FA or draft.

Physically Wilson and Nzeocha could do it.

There were occasions where Wilson played as one of the two LBs in Nickel. He could likely take that spot from Durant and could likely be the full time MLB if Jaylon can't play.
