Honestly, I'd love to get a guy like this is Murray is gone. He's played 16 games 4 of his 5 years in the league. the last 3 he has averaged over 5 yards per carry. Hits the hole. Maybe not an every down back but if Murray is gone we might not have a single back anyways. He always seemed like the consummate pro when he's played as a backup and when he got a shot. Cheaper too.

I don't like his age and potential asking price. He was one of the better backs in the league last year. Doesn't have much wear and tear being a backup most of his career. I'd rather take a shot at a young rookie rb.

Isn't he like 30? I'd rather draft Gordon/Gurley

He turns 30 in October. I would like to have a vet and a rookie. I think its going to be committee as it is. Forsett doesn't have much wear on the treads. Not sure on price tag. I'm just looking at this situation as we are going to run two.

It isn't that difficult to play 16 games when you actually hardly play. He averages under 6 attempts per game for his career. He had 347 career rushing attempts prior to this past season.

Eh...he is just a stopgap at RB, which is what the Ravens used him for to fill in for Rice. They're gonna upgrade

Right. But he is a smaller guy and when he has had his chance he plays well. Tires are fresh and he comes cheaper. I'm not saying as a replacement but as a guy who can carry with a rookie. I'm by no means saying he is a solution but h appeals to me more than Ryan Matthews or Spiller, who have a secret talent that we rarely see because they are injuries waiting to happen.

Pass. Go young and draft somebody if we're starting anew vs. a placeholder.

Not sure that is the way I would go at RB1 for a guy like joseephuss said averaged less than 6 carries a game and given how much he would cost probably not at RB2 over Randle.

he is a more a RBBC, has good durability because he really was not a full time starter until this year and he is now approaching 30. Entering the season he had a total of 7 starts in his career, and he ended up starting 14.

Especially one who got fortunate to do what he did last season. He has been a complete journeyman his entire NFL career.
