I just yawn at this way of thinking.

The transition from college to pro has never been easier.

There is a much higher bust rate. Couple of reasons:

1. They are almost always overdrafted. Because if a team doesn't have a QB, they have nothing. Absolutely must have a Qb. So, these busts are often 4th round talents taken in the 1st due to extreme need.

2. Pro QB's must possess the ability to make multiple decisions in nanoseconds. This is something you can't teach, and has derailed most QB prospects.
