Justin Pugh intends to play, give Cowboys “another loss” this week

He's certainly one of their best and more importantly, a lot better than Newhouse or the other couple of guys that they've been plugging-in at left guard.

He's avg or better for sure. I view him as I do Free. They've gotten better, too. Still good DLs create problems for them.

That's kind of funny that you bring up Free, he grades out at 49.5 while the rest of our OL grades in the mid to upper 80's on PFF. Pugh grades at 87.8, although he has been injured and might play anywhere close to his pre-MCL sprain performance if he starts.

Before PFF gets assailed, I think that their top 25 comports pretty well with actual line performance in 2016 especially the teams with multiple top 15 players like OAK & DAL. It's far from perfect, but it's certainly directionally consistent.

I really want Dallas to absolutely dominate these guys.

I hope Zeke and the O-Line take great exception to this and just absolutely dominate and punch the Giants in the mouth all day long.

The Giants have won the last two meetings with the Cowboys. Cough up any excuse you want, but they are the kings of the mountain until they get knocked off.

Three losses in a row to them would give the Giants a winning streak over the Cowboys.
They beat us when we had no QB. We beat them 6 times in a row before that.

This is Free's first year for that kind of performance. It was 52 last week BTW. I posted a graph of each year of his grades not long ago but here it is again:

Lol kings of what mountain? I'm not even coming up with any excuses because them beating us twice in a row is so insignificant.

Also this clown Pugh isn't playing. That's so much funnier to me than it should be

PFF has pugh as a better lineman this year than zach martin and Tyron Smith.

I smell fear in the Giants...

he was elite in 2010, 2013, and 2014, Doc?

PFF is garbage. They don't even watch at plays.

I wish people could think about it logically. It would require an incredible workforce to analyze all NFL games every week and have results in a short period of time. It would be impossible for a small company to do it accurately.

If you think about the numbers it's kind of funny. A typical game sees maybe 65 snaps for each team. So if a guy was only grading offensive linemen that's 650 grades given out per game if he's looking at each individual on each play.

Reading their site they claim they have 4 people grading a prime time game to give you results within minutes. How are 4 people looking at all 22 people on a play, and assigning grades to each one within minutes? Aside from the obvious fact that they can't even see all 22 people on a given play. And a lot of time watching on TV offensive and defensive linemen just look like a big jumble of bodies from the sideline camera.

It's really farcical when you stop and think about what they claim they're doing versus what's realistic.
