Yes they do. However, if you use an high-speed to connect to the web, the ISP is static...and if you use a dial up modem, the ISP is dynamic. So, it's possible for someone to use one computer to log on using a high-speed connection, then log off, change modems, and then use the dial up and get a different ISP and never be found out.

I doubt these guys are doing that, but, it can be done without detection. Also, I don't want to degrade the mods by saying they don't already know this....I'm sure they have done their homework. I know they would not let this happen if they had suspicion that this was just one joker...

Actually, I get along with most everybody on this board. There always seems to be a few bad apples in a crowd. You guys feed off of each other to in a shark attack mentality.

I guess if we got him as a UDFA, I wouldn't really mind taking a look at him. His seasons at James Madison don't seem bad (although I honestly don't know much about College Football stats), but I really doubt that he's gonna make the team.

Romo, Johnson, Baker....I don't think there'd be any space for Rascati.

I guess we could give him a look though, I don't see how it'd hurt.
