The Cowboys have officially released safety Justin Taplin-Ross. He did not play in the game agaisnt San Diego. That gives club 2 open spots.

It's already been stated the Cowboys have no plans on signing anyone with these 2 opens spots.

It's also already been stated that they decided to pass on Shipley... as did 30 other teams.
