They got lucky, they made a similar gamble at WR last year and it didn’t work out, possibly was the difference between us advancing in the playoffs. They made a similar gamble at RB this year…not working out again

Whether it was luck or great scouting we did great getting the kid. I remember in camp fans wanting him cut for guys that still don’t have a job. All he’s done is make every FG attempt he’s tried. Pretty amazing find

Rightly so, some kid that only has USFL experience, yeah there was nothing to be leery about... I am glad it has worked out but kickers are an imperfect science, if not teams would be drafting kickers every year.

Either that or the guy has just been making his kicks and has been successful instead of being unsuccessful. Lets not give all glory to the highest Jones on this one, yikes you scare me.

I'll be satisfied with any kicker who can be as consistent as Aubrey has been within his time frame with this team. Let's be expecially glad for that and not worry about weak thoughts that we conjure up in our poor heads . . . we have a winner in this kicker! Don't worry, be happy.
