Who would have thought all three would all be available in the upcoming offseason? All three way over hyped. All three curbed for suspect backups. IMO Kaepernick is the best of the bunch but that is not saying much.

3 read option/ running qb types available. Who would have thunk it. College systems are doing a horrible job of producing NFL ready/ quality qbs. I know it's not their job but these spread offense and read option offenses are terrible for preparing qbs for the NFL.

I'd roll the dice with Kaep.

Kaep would be the most durable of them for sure, but I don't think he can operate the type of offense Dallas is running. He and Griffin both look like they cannot read the field at the NFL level.

Kaep will be 29 early next Nov so by the time Romo hangs it up (2-4 yrs maybe), he'd already be on the wrong side of 30

One of those needs to be our backup next year.

Romo isn't going to retire but when he misses games we can revert to a read option offense. No one cares if a backup gets hurt and there are plenty of fill ins coming from college.

It's pretty much three no's.... But... As I threaded earlier this week.

Manziel is 22, young and dumb and probably cheap.

Low risk, high reward.
