Yeah I believe he was. I believe he branched it off and started that faction of the nWo to go directly against Hogan.

nWo was always better without Hogan imo. Hall, Nash, and Waltman are the nWo to me.

I wouldn't mind seeing it done again with Nash, Waltman, and maybe HHH. Its never going to be as good as the first time, but it'd still get me to watch. DX sucked when they rehashed it too, but they kept it going.

The only problem is that wrestling has moved away from having stables and tag teams anymore, so i doubt they could get it to work effectively.

Kane returned last night.

I marked out like a teenager.

:D

Ha.. yea it was pretty fun seeing him in a mask again.

Wish they had gone back to his original suit and mask though. That would have made it ever better. You'll never do better than that image of Kane.

I loved his return. I do miss his original look but this is fine for me. It's cool.

And without Hogan the nWo wouldn't have lasted to the end of 96. You can bank on that.

Although I do agree with you that the nWo was better without Hogan always being in it, overall, there is simply no way that faction survived very long, especially in WCW, without Hogan to be the main focus of it.

Im not worried what all the rest of the patsies think though, the nWo was better for me (and you) without Hogan. Guy was and still is a stooge. Nash and Hall were the nWo, and XPac should have been in it longer than he was. Loved those three together. They had the charisma, the mic skills, and the over the top, bad asss personalities that made the nWo what it was. Hogan, to me, always sucked on the mic and bored the hell outta me in the ring.
