I find that hard to believe because Kanye has performed songs during halftime shows, and they have played his song "Stronger" on commercials, highlight films, ESPN, and during the games. So unless you watch TV on mute, I'm sure you have heard him, you might just not know it lol. They have definitely played his song DURING Cowboys games TV broadcasts.
