That's a department store in Philippines, I could hear Tagalog in the background, and she sounds damn good.

This brings up memories of going to Philippines when I was in the Navy. In Olangapo, there were many night clubs and there would be live bands, made up with Filipinos and when they start playing and if you closed your eyes, you would swear it was Jimi Hendrix singing and playing guitar, that it was Led Zepplin or Black Sabbeth...there were that good. Funny thing is, band members spoke broken English but when they sang, they sounded exactly like original artist.

Because you are using the wrong thing in your hash tags.

Around 2 minutes into the clip a shopper with a yellow shirt on stops his shopping cart in its track when she starts hitting the special notes. A few more people do the same. I think this is real.
