Thought he had his best game as a pro yesterday. I really like the way they are rotating him in on obvious running downs. He comes down hill fast and has some size to him. Frazier has also been showing up on special teams all season.

Here’s to him maybe developing into a better Barry Church for us.

Frazier made the kind of plays in the run game this defense has been missing since lee went out. Hope it’s something he can build on

I liked what I saw. He was the only one who saw the field from last year's rookie class who hadn't really left a good impression, but he's made plays on special teams this year and really showed up last night. :flagwave:

He’s a faster Keith Davis. Basically an undersized linebacker. Good at stopping the run, but not in coverage.

He’s going to get tested in coverage in the next few weeks and people on this board will be screaming for him to be replaced because he’s not great in coverage.

I can see the combo of Jaylon S being able to run with the TE's better each week (even Collingsworth made mention).......and Fraziers much better run support...........makes B.Jones a cornerback candidate once again. He doesnt have the instincts for Free Safety, but at slot CB they could play alot of games with him Blitzing (not bad there), kicking to a 2nd TE, or man up on Slot easily and well disguised.
****
They showed Jaylon with a game ball late..........did Rod M. give it too him? Not sure the story there.........but usually the Skins TE really hurt us, granted their top Te out, but very little damage by TE's last nite......coverage by Jaylon, its what Collingsworth insinuated.

I’ve been saying the same thing about B. Jones concerning putting him back at corner. He doesn’t have the feel/instincts in space playing safety, but I think he’s demonstrated that if you line him up at LOS of a TE/RB/WR and let him play man he’s more effective.

Kavon could potentially be that "in the box" safety that Church was for us.

Seeing how well Frazier and Woods have played, makes me wonder if it's finally time to move Byron back to CB.

This. I don't think anyone is advocating for Frazier to man the ball-hawk FS position. Bring him in as a SS on obvious run downs

Jaylon's brother gave him the ball after he scored the last touchdown.

Between Frazier, Woods and Jones, that's a good group as long as you rotate them well and play to their strengths.

Jaylon's play almost warrants his own thread. Dude went from the slowest LB speed and reaction wise to pretty much the best (on the field).

I thought the secondary was much improved last night. Chidobe really stood out to me. He looked very smooth and confident with three pass break ups. You couldn't really tell that he'd missed most of his rookie season with injury.

Not sure why. He is a terrific special teamer.

Barry Church is exactly the comparison I was thinking of last night, though I think Frazier does have more range and may hit a bit harder. Church absolutely had to be in a scheme that kept him out of pass coverage, Frazier may be able to hold his own if they keep him in the right scheme.

At a bare minimum, Frazier and Woods are going to be high quality backups next year.
