Just heard Matt Williamson from scouts inc on the radio say that Seattle and KC really want DeCastro. Doubt he will make it past 13.

Hello Konz! With a trade down, of course.

I think that very well could be the case. I think it does say how highly teams think of him. I agree 9 time out of 10 a G will not go this high in a draft but like many things in life there are exceptions to the rule.

good to hear it....cause if we past on him and he was still available I am not sure I could bare to listen to the pissing and moaning for the next 10 years regardless of how good or bad he played

this will drop wither Ingram or Coples into our laps,i am good with that.

You will hear some pissing and moaning no matter who the Cowboys pick. People get attached to their own pet cats and any pick outside of that people will have a cow. I like DeCastro but not the only option out there.

Not sure what I want, but I've had DeCastro to KC for a while now. My first choice would probably be Michael Brokers at 14, if he's not available, I'd trade down with either SD or the Jets, both will likely want to draft an OLB and Upshaw should be avaialble. So at 17 or 18, I'd take Glenn and if he's gone Fletcher Cox.

I think Jacksonville, Carolina, and Buffalo are all interested in Coples....not sure about Ingram.

I do think there are some decent QGs in the 2nd or 3rd round. So, although I like DeCastro, I'd be ahppy to get a difference-maker on defense.

Maybe because people see the talent that is why a G is being talked about going as high as 11 to KC. Sure I would love to get him if that ends up not being the case I'm not the type to throw a fit because my guy was not picked. I know there are guys like Coples and Ingram that are guys with very good talent and if they get selected I'll support them as the newest members of my favorite team and hope they live up to the billing of a mid 1st rd pick.

Main thing is we need to hit on this pick plain and simple.

I think you can take Buffalo off that list since they just signed Mark Anderson to a 4 year deal.

I just don't want Coples. (not at #14 anyway) I've been pretty high on Ingram, but apparently something I do not know has cast a shadow on him. I would take Ingram over Coples. When your coaches talk bad about you, that can't be good.

You go that right.

Wow. Buffalo may end up having the best D-Line in the NFL.

There a re few on this board that don't like Coples.
I was wary, but the more I read about him and the more past games I get to see, the more impressed I am.
I think he will eventually be a star.

He may be better suited in a 4-3 though.
