I knew his knee was bad but man I didn't know it was this damaged..... Hope he gets well and is able to come back next year....

Let's just keep it at I hope he gets well enough to lead a normal productive life, but I'd be lying if I said I wanted a player like Donovan McNabb, Tiki Barber, or Clinton Portis to be on the field next year to play my Cowboys.

I may not have "class" . . . but at least I'm not a fraud like y'all are.

Keep patting each other on the back for being so compassionate . . .

You know as well as I do that when the Cowboys play the Eagles, you'll be happy has a pig in **** that Kearse isn't playing.
You don't know anybody on this board well enough to call anyone a fraud. I wouldn't wish Kearse's injury on any player. No matter who they play for.

It's one thing to be glad that one of their better players is dinged up or is going to miss the game because of injury. It's a totally different thing to be glad that the reason they're missing it is because the injury is potentially career-ending.

As easy as that happened to Kearse, that could've happened to one of the Cowboys. There's this thing called karma.

But you continue keeping it real.

i feel for Kearse cause he is a great player even though i hate him as a player as he plays for the Eagles. but as a human being i feel really bad for him and to be honest i think he should retire even if it isnt career ending because he just gets to injured too much and at one point an injury is gonna hurt him more than just it being career ending. he should think not only about himself but his family

ditto. I HATE seeing any player get serious injuries like that even if its a Commander, eagle, or giant. It hurts me to see it. I've had too many sports injuries myself and had too many close friends/teammates have serious knee injuries. I hate to see it happen to anyone.

Am I happy that Kearse won't be chasing Bledsoe...let me rephrase that...am I happy that Kearse won't be sacking Bledsoe this year? Sure....
but I don't want it to be because he had a season or career ending injury.

The surprising thing is that the hit really didn't look that bad.

On the play, his knee seemed to bend just a little to the side. That was it - at least from the angle that I saw. Surprising that there was so much damage.

Here's wishing him the best.

You're also not funny or interesting or worth reading

I appreciate your taking a stand against that poster. I'll never understand fans who think like that ...whether they are Eagle fans or not!

Reading the majority of your comments; with one exception, you guys really have some very classy things to say about Kearse ...I'll remember that. Talent is talent regardless of what franchise.

I hope he makes the right choice in whatever he determines to do in the coming years.

This is one of the reasons I stick around the Zone. I hope your players stay Healthy throughout the season.

Sure didn't effect their pass rush yesterday, dam they were chasing Alex Smith all over the field.

Best of luck to Kearse. The injury sounds horrible, however I heard he could be back by training camp.

Boy do you have me wrong... I don't want to see ANY player injured... maybe you can explain to me... Why on earth would I want a player to be injured...

because

If the Cowboys can only beat the Eagles with Eagle injuries than it is a hollow victory and the Cowboys are not the better team...

what ever happened to taking my best against your best and letting the best team win...

it has nothing to do with compassion or lying to oneself it has everything to do with sportsmanship and competition and wanting to beat the best of the best

man oh man... what is better than taking the opponents best shot and still coming out on top

With the way the Eagles treat their players that are of no help anymore....

We should see him on IR this year.
They can't avoid it.

Then even if he is back next year - they will cut him.

I don't think any of us are feeling pity or sorrow for the Eagles - we feel badly for the human being who has suffered a devastating injury.

Yeah and that too

The description of his injury was painful to read. Hope he gets well and has a full recovery.

Eagle or not. I hate to see a player go down like that.

You should "PRAY" karma is only a figment of imagination as that would be a steep price to pay for something as meaningless to your life as a game that you arn't even involved in.

To say you are classless is giving you to much credit...

Boy losing Kearse really hurt their pass rush. Good God what would they have done if he was healthy.
