I heard analyst say something like this about 3 weeks ago. Porter wants paid. But the Steelers already have the most expensive defense.
And do they want t add to that. And they want to see Porter prove it. As they feel he has not lived up to his status yet.

Then another guy said, he is the type of player you build your defense around. Contradictory.
