The 20+ club Dallas fans have to be weary of years of promises with nothing to show for it. Well, the future I believe will get better. We may all be in a rocking chair.
I really believe the cowboys will win again, but not with the old group that is still here. Ware, Rat, Spencer, Romo, Witten. Has turned out not to be the winning formula. These guys are on the downward spiral. It is what it is.
The new coach, will arrive in Dallas with a fresh breed of Cowboys.
Keep hope alive

There is still a chance this season.

I don't think it will be as easy as it should've been though. We'll likely need to be 9-7 and get hot at the end of the year and do something like a lot of these other wild card teams have done.

It's rediculous though because this should've been an 11-5 season but these guys just can't consistently put it together.

Yup, I feel the exact same way that you do.

Dallas Cowboys are just like the Texas Longhorns we are not suppose to be an Average team.

I know its hard to imagine now, but it could still be a 11-5 season. It's not too late. People forget that Cowboys are effectively implementing a new defense and what appears to be a new offensive philosophy, forget all the injuries and new additions to OL and DL. It's only been 4 games. If someone said we'd be 2-2 before the season started in week 4, not many would have blinked an eye.

There will be more growing pains, AND loses, buckle your chin strap everyone.

I don't buy the new schemes and philosiphies stuff.

Teams have heavy turnover and have success all the time.

The Chiefs are an example of that.

Plus the defense is incredibly basic and nothing really changed with the offense except a zone blocking scheme and we like to pass short and sideways more.

The new schemes cliche needs to be retired as an excuse because there is too many examples of teams in new systems having instant success.

Still a lot of change and not all teams/individuals deal with change the same way. It starts with culture. If a good open positive culture is already in place, then change is not so difficult.

not about to give up a quarter of the way into the season....we win 3 of the next 4 and everyone in here will be saying
"I told you they were going to playoffs"....Go Cowboys, I believe

We've had 5 head coaches, endless assistant coaches, and hundreds of players ... the results are the same. A new coach ain't doing squat with Jerrah on the throne.

Jerry is only the problem because of his choices of coaches.
Hire a coach and then let him pick his staff.

i get what you're saying as a longhorns fan, but to call the longhorns average is an insult to average teams

Keep hope alive! By curling up into a ball and giving up. In week 4. Atop the NFCE. Because we lost to the Chargers.

Who's with me?

Yes, we do have a chance, the question is will we take advantage of that chance.
