7 games of suckage left
Pressure is coming
This team has quit and I don’t blame them one bit. The DP contract has splintered the locker room. He sucks, the other players know it and the damage has been done. No way should he have been given that $$.

The problem is even if he’s melting - nothing will change. It hurts his ego but his ego is too big to self reflect and change course. So in reality it’s a huge nothing burger.

I love to see him squirm but he’s not going to change his ways, he thinks he has enough equity built up by winning 3 superbowls that no matter is said about him he will dismiss it.

I’ve never seen Jerry Jones squirm like this. Cowboys Nation has made it clear that Jerry’s grace tank is bone dry.

Cowboys Fans and the local Dallas media are putting the screws to Jerry like he’s never seen, and he’s melting like the wicked witch of west. This whole Jones house of cards is being exposed and it’s his own fault. Every single part of it.

I don’t know if major changes are coming. History says it’s doubtful but I’ve never seen this level of uproar about Jerry among the masses.

The Emperor is naked. And everyone sees it. Keep the pressure up.
This is not pressure thats kept up.
Its the truth that people telling.

Its that people now better understand who the person Jerry Jones is:

A very bad human being you should be happy not to know or have to spent time with.

Love this post! IMO, Jerry thinks the fans are stupid sheep that will lap up whatever he tries to sell them. Fans aren’t buying anymore but he thinks we’re stupid enough to think a new hc will mk any difference (it won’t make any difference). It will be interesting to see how a bitter old man navigates the waters the next few years. My money is on a flashy hc hire with zero fundamental changes.

people still wont see what is clear. ok, seems another 30 years is in order.
Funny you said exactly what I was thinking today.

Even if the Cowboys stunk it up for another three decades there would still be enough Jerry fan morons buying everything Jerry is selling to make a serious profit.

Cowboys' fans need to become a little more united and become a little more educated and less dedicated to the brand.

I will still pay attention, but I will never pay Jerry again for anything.

It will sound like a home game for the Houston Texans.
The Texans prove you can turn your franchise around in 2 seasons but you must fire your GM. Fortunately for fans, Jerry has a lifetime appointment with Stephen, then Spaulding to ensure we remain playoff irrelevant for the next 30 years.

We’re not relevant until we actually win a div round playoff game.
Not true. We are relevant if we’re are a playoff contender. Jethro doesn’t take any heat until we choke in the playoffs.

And too many fans year after year buy into to the hype . That’s why they are so blown away now. They weee all in too. Lol

Yea man....this is how that pressure starts, and jerry is too old to withstand it this time....everyone can see he is not making cognitive sense anymore, lately.....and once this snowball gets rolling, if dan snyder finally sucumbed to it, so will jerry eventually, and if the other owners together start forcing pressure to sell, maybe then it will finally happen....but this will take a monumental effort for sure by all.....a nation state sort of speak....because jerry is stubborn, deliberate and now so desperate, nothing else will matter to him.

I’m thinking he will hire an old retread like Bill B or someone like it. He likes hiring a name when he’s backed into a corner like he was in 2003 when he hired Parcells. We need a a young, innovative, disciplined HC like Jimmy was but that’s not what Jerry likes.

I‘ve said many times, I don’t know how a guy with Belechick’s history of having control of the locker room, the press and personnel decisions would be ok coming here unless JJ made major concessions.

Do an overview study of Al Davis and get back to us (hint: that tragicomedy is renewed every season).

Jerry needs to be embarrassed on Monday night football with loud chants once the Texans start to embarrass them. Would love to hear Jerry sucks or Sell the team. Anything loud and clear would be nice but I'm expecting more Texans fans there so you probably wouldn't be able to hear it.

We need unconscionable failure to bestow this franchise. Pure failure...and then change, real change might actually come.

I prefer drastically devastating seasons to 8-8 seasons.

They leave no doubt as to the deeply flawed and destructive nature of those in charge of football operations. They are publicly displayed with no possible attempt at denial.

With 8-8, you are sitting on a fence. perhaps you can mount a few weak arguments in defense...."a game or play away from a winning season....". An 8-8 team can even occasionally make it to the playoffs and trick fans into thinking they had a chance.

However, a nice fat, healthy, lopsided disaster like 5-12 will leave no doubt.
And I'll say it again it's absolutely insane to prefer 8 and eight seasons as a fan you prefer losing because you think it'll exact change and that's ridiculous I'm sorry this is some of the most ridiculous things I'm hearing in here that do you prefer 8 and 8 / 12 and five that's insane winning divisions and getting to the playoffs is the two big steps you need before you can take the next steps if you think somehow things are gonna change because you're 8:00 and 8:00 no yeah maybe some things are gonna happen this year when you're 5:00 and 12:00 but to say you prefer 8 and 8 is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard anyone say in here that's hard to talk that is seriously hard to talk you guys have said some of the most annoying strange things in the last six months I don't even know what to say you start to sound like casual fans you rather have losing seasons what so it inspires what we've already been through that what exactly do you think the front office gonna change we've already been through all that I prefer 12 and five and beating the eagles for the division and going to the playoffs 5 our last eight years you damn right that's what I expect to be better you're not getting change from this front office because they're 8:00 and 8:00 or 12:00 and 5:00 they do the same thing every offseason...

The only thing we can agree on is yes the silver lining for this season to be bad after 3-12 and five seasons will get us a new coaching staff or at least it should and we'll see some change but the core players are staying the way Jerry does business is staying you think things are gonna change and they won't the only thing will be different is we will have a better running back next year because this is more like 2015 and 2020 when there was changes needing this is not going back to the 80s I read that some of these stories are so ridiculous that this reminds them of the late 80s right before Jerry bought the team no this crisis of 2020 we're still gonna come back next year with the same core group and a bunch of the injured players will be back and Jerry will be counting on that and the growth of the rookies from last year and the year before and he's gonna do the same thing this season he's always done so I don't understand why you think knowing what you know about this front office you'd rather suffer through losing seasons then at least being one of the top teams in the league cause yes we are a top six team in the league the last three years and injuries got us happenstance got us but this isn't gonna retool and reboot and blow this up it's not we have a core team...

If you haven't noticed we still have some top players in key positions and yes it needs to be filled in more we need better depth but the injury bug got big time on the defense and it's giving you a mirage as if this team really dropped off a Cliff and it really didn't...

If we brought back the same exact team as last year this year and made no changes other than minor again like Jerry always does will easily win five more games without the injuries and with the rookies with another year of growth and a couple of our veterans are gonna retire but there are guys that have been working their way in and you all think that somehow this is about to be blown up and we're starting over that's not happening...

So yes we'll have a new coaching staff I hope and we'll have a few new players and that's about it so I'd rather have 12 win seasons and at least enjoy beating the eagles for the division and being a division winner over an 8 to 8 season any day of the week I don't care how many times you ask me that is the most strange thing I've ever heard it's not here with this front office and this ownership ever gonna change so I'll take the 12 wins instead I'll take a lot of playoffs appearances even if there's early losses over being 8:00 and 8:00 you can be that team if you want but that's not how Jerry does business it's not gonna inspire him to do better he will do everything the same just like he won't put curtains up because he believes in a lot of it actually he's right it's just part of the stadium you do realize that football is played outside in a lot of games in rain in the sun in the wind and some of the turf is more slippery or muddy than others that every stadium has a quirk and he won't even put up curtains 'cause he believes it's unique and that people have to game plan for it and you think he's going to change whether it's an 8 an 8 season or in this case it would be 8 and 9 or 12 and five season no he won't I don't know where you get that it's strange you think that...
