Keep up the Complaining

I appreciate this. We have more than a few really insightful fans with strong, smart and thoughtful opinions in a variety of flavors. And we also have some one flavor posters we all would rather not have to deal with that attack anyone who doesn’t see Cowboy fandom exactly as they do.

I don’t understand why anyone shows up at an opinion forum (the word “forum” is literally a place of a variety of opinions)gets offended by someone having a different opinion than theirs.

I found on the old site that the homers created many more problems than the bashers.

Agreed. I’m glad not every Cowboys fan thinks alike. How boring would this place be?

The “fan police” have always amused me on some level because they presume that their version of what it means to be a “fan” is both correct and enforceable.

I’ve never understood the notion that if you didn’t believe what the team’s leaders were selling, you weren’t a real fan. I don’t have a problem with any fan loving any and everything this team does. That’s all fine. Just don’t tell other fans that anything other than the “party line” isn’t acceptable.

I’ve always used the example of attending games and the diversity of fans .

You might sit next to a fellow Cowboy fan that made you wished you’d stayed at home but they have the same right within the rules or law to express their fandom however they choose.

These forums are a natural place for fans to complain.

Charles Barkley is right. The internet and social media provides everyone a voice and most I’d rather not hear from. Lol

lol, why should the entire fanbase pretend like everything is A-OK when it isn't? This FO knows that for some of the fanbase all they have to do is toss them a bone (Cooper) and all is forgiven, when that's not even the biggest problem.....that mindset is just amazing to me.

Incompetence from the GM, HC, OC, is NOT ok and pretending like it is won't change that fact when it's the same failure year after year.

For those of us that have been around since this franchise was born and can remember it when it was ran properly and was respected throughout the league hits home very hard.
