When was the last time that the Cowboys let a player walk because of cap implications ...... that ended up being a mistake? I can't think of any off of the top of my head.

I think u r right. I'm usually pretty much status quo but I think we should let Ware walk unless he accepts something a few mil less, Miles can walk as well unless he accepts way less, Hatcher should test the mkt and if he's gone he's gone. This team desperately needs some new blood. If Ware still has some sacks left in him let him get them elsewhere, he can always come back for ROH duties in 5yrs.

Why would you let a guy walk like Ratliff when you could lock him up to a long term contract when he already had 3 years left on his first big contract. Some of you guys will never understand Jerry.........Oh **** wait
