aside from missing tackles, being out of position and running himself out of a couple plays, I guess it wasn't all bad.

For a guy we all expected to have a big Bullseye on him all game he didn't cost us any points and that's really all you can ask for that in itself is enough to say he had a good game he also made some plays so no one can really complain about killers play last night

Yeah he played ok, I do find it amusing that there aren't 10 threads this morning proclaiming who was to blame for the long runs and the long passes down the middle. Pretty much appears that if Roy Williams isn't in the game no one is to blame.

That is pretty funny. No one is to blame unless it is Roy.

Oddly enough, Keith had a good sized foul up in Deangelos long run and Steve Smiths long Run After the Catch.

I think he did better than OK.

He made some plays out there and was laying the wood.

He played like what you would expect from Roy Williams.

Maybe we should start giving him more looks.

Keith Davis brings a lot of energy and emotion to the field. I like that a lot.

He played like 31 used to and didn't ever seem to have much problem in coverage.

Some of that could be Matt Moore though but I sure would like to see more of him next week vs the Skins.

I think that is the thing I miss the most about Roy- the energy and enthusiasm. Now after all the fines and rule changes, maybe its no suprise, but still he no longer seems to have the want to.

Davis's performance surprised me.

He played much better in pass defense than I expected, but much more poorly against the run than I expected.

Sounds like just Roy.

Except, of course, that Davis actually made plays in the passing game and did it for a whole lot less than Roy makes.

You guys are ridiculous.

What scares me was when we drafted Roy it was out there that he never had a passion for football and might retire 5 years into career.

I don't see the retirement but I also don't see much passion. Keith Davis was a refreshing player out there this week.

You don't see passion.... from Roy Williams? Really?

Only time I see passion from him is when he is passionately pointing the blame at his teammates on a failed coverage.
