Embarrassingly, almost impossibly bad. We cannot execute a fair catch without an infraction. The players look lost, gunners getting squeezed inside leaving all kinds of acreage for any decent returner to exploit.

Agree with everything except the Pollard thing. He was held up by the lead blocker and that shouldn't be the case unless he has been told 100% of kickoffs that end up in the end zone stay in the end zone. By the look of things it is at his discretion to return and Owale shouldn't have interfered with him coming out. This guy is electric as a returner and should be allowed to return when he feels like it. Agreed that special teams coach is a train wreck much like the rest of the staff.

Yes...everything has gone to pot with that unit,it’s been getting worse too. Changes must be made...I don’t like giving the other teams a freewheeling handicap to play with. Field position matters...giving up far too many yards,and making our offense go on these long haul cross countr trucking assignments. I also don’t like not being able to kick 40yd FGs anymore...I do like his 60yd ones at halves...but they need those reg kick points more than making up for dismal play with hail marry kicks. I look at some games where they should be up by 9 or 10,but it’s a one TD spread for a loss.

Agreed. The whole coaching staff needs to go but if I could only fire 3 and not Garrett I would say this joker, Ben Bloom and Rod.
