Kellen Moore deserves a raise

Seriously, a lot of the problem was with execution, not play calling. Was he perfect? No. Should he have run more often? Probably, but then people would have been complaining because they went 3 and out most of the time. I don't have a problem with keeping him or with bringing in someone proven to be better

We need a QB coach to work with Mr. 40 and develop his timing and accuracy. We could also use a new O line coach the coach this "#1 offensive line in the NFL"

And McCarthy gives Dak the freedom to change the play...

McCarthy does nothing. Moore does. Typically calls 2 plays. Upto Dak if he changes them or not.

And btw, Jerry said this morning that he wants Mike to put more input into the offense.

If Jerry did really say that, much kudos to Jerry... What would be even better is if Jerry let Mike call the plays...

If Jerry gives Moore a raise to stay, if Moore gets the Miami job, you can be sure it’s because of not wanting to change the offense for Dak and set him back after giving him this huge contract.

Jerry should have franchised Dak last off-season, because he was going to do what he normally does and that is fold against any modicum of pressure.

Then he wouldn’t be in this mess.
