Someone probably already said this, but count me as someone who doesn't see any reason to suspect a 2nd interview will be necessary. They know KM, he knows them. At least part of the time spent today was feeling out broad parameters of what a contract would look like. Monday, I'm looking for someone reputable to report that the Joneses have decided to offer the job to him as soon as the league allows it to get done.

This will allow them optimal time to pour into hiring a DC, which will be only slightly less important, of course.
