I agree with the OP. Because our pass blocking right now isn't too good, and we've been turning the ball over too much. A strip, sack, fumble at that junction in the game could have lead to a comeback. So, Moore's play calling chewed 18 seconds off the clock, when running it would have taken two minutes off the clock.
Like I've said before, when we have a late lead misdirection run plays need to start being called. It's not about how effective the run has been, it's about running time off the clock.
That's just my opinion and opinions vary. I don't need anyone to agree with my opinion, because my opinion is mine alone. And there's nothing anyone can say to get me to change my mind about my opinion.
