Although I would love for some team NFL or College to hire himI would be happy even though in my opinion he’s not ready to be a HC , not for the NFL anyway, he’s a mini Scott Linehan! He’s a pretty decent OC, sometimes he’s good but in the tough games you see he doesn’t have it, to be ranked as a top OC let alone becoming a HC in the NFL. He needs to go to the college ranks to start his HCing campaign. Otherwise if we keep him he needs to continue being OC , but Jerry needs to let the HC have the power to reign him in when he starts going full Linehan in a game. I say after maybe another 4/5 years at OC maybe 3 he might be ready to coach grown men

He has been very creative on some gadget plays this year. With that said, he needs to understand how to manage a game. Dak is not as comfortable on the road. Need to figure out how to get him more comfortable early in road games. The pass plays late in the 4th quarter have been baffling. It will help that this team is finally healthy against the WFT. The 10 day break was perfectly timed for the stretch run.

We were promised a boy genius with a lot of creativity. What we are getting is a pretty basic offense that worked well in the beginning of the season but defenses have easily adjusted to.
