Seahawks waived TE Kellen Winslow, per league source.


with all this guys talent how come he cant stick any where?

Apparently Winslow isn't a fit for either the hard-nosed Greg Schiano or the freewheeling Pete Carroll. The reality is, Winslow simply has nothing left in his injury-ravaged legs, and showed very little in the preseason, making three catches for 34 yards. Winslow's experience should help land him another job, but his creaky knees have the clock ticking on his career.

Surprising. He had a nice TD catch in the 3rd preseason game. He's only 29. Someone will pick him up. Bad knees or not he is still above average. Had 75 catches last year....
