I'm with you. Surtain is my favorite target at 10. I think he's as close to a sure thing as you can get. The fact that him and Diggs already played in the same secondary is icing on the cake.

Cavanaugh seems to have an issue with him because he is the not the next Deon Sanders. But really his tape is good. I saw one YouTuber complain that he got beat by a guy the quarterback did not throw to in the championship game.

Broaddus is the worst and he actually was a pro scout. I like Dane and Bucky the most on the Draft shows.
