Joseph, Ball, and McKeon are all chilling on IR. If someone gets injured, they will be called up. No roster spot just yet. Wise move.

I figure they will start practicing after the bye week.

The IR list is a way to expand the effective roster for the year. I think they've been purposefully doing it for years. One of the reasons we're fine with taking injured players. They become reserve players to bring up in the 2nd half of the year.

Players get injured every year. There are always slots to fill. Maybe we have to cut some. I'm fine with that. I'd rather have more than enough than less than enough.
