Ken Wisenhunt New Coach for Cardinals

I'd be drooling right now if I were him with that offense.

And the Cardinals will continue to suck. They needed a hardnosed coach with a tough mentality, not another cheesecake like Denny Green.

So what about Russ Grimm now?....wheres he going to go?....

i thought i saw him saying that if whisenhunt stayed, he stays...

Grimm will get the Steelers HC job now. Grimm is going to make an excellent HC.

It doesn't matter who gets the HC job in Arizona as long as the Bidwells are the owners.

Replace Green with Payton and tell me it wouldnt matter.

That team has talent. They just have no confidence on either side of the ball.

I Thought Whisehunt would be Pittsburgh's coach, now he's going to the graveyard of coaches. Nice knowing you.

Grimm has made it known that he wants to stay in Pittsburgh. Remember Joe wanted to bring him back when he came in 2004 but Grimm declined because he prefered staying home in Pitt.

Hes getting the Steelers HC job

says the Commander fan :lmao:

Heh, does this mean Dick Lebeau to Dallas? :D Since he said he wouldn't leave Pitt if Wisenhunt stayed? The Cardinal's arn't exactly setup for a 3-4 defense. Dallas needs a new DC. I'm sold.

Which would result in a better team? Payton with the Cardinals players over the past several years OR Green with the Saints' players in 2006.

Impossible to tell, really. At a minimum, the answer isn't as obvious as you seem to think it is.

he was in a no win situation in Pittsburgh. If he lost, then everyone would compare him to Cowher. If he won, then it would be all Cowher's players.

wasnt it stated somewhere this week in an article that if whisenhut came back lebeau would come back...

So if true does this mean lebeau will be looking for a new team?

Lebeau is 69 years old, he isn't leaving Pitt
