This is why a lot of us coveted Bobby Wagner last year..can't shy away from older vets who still perform, and yes Kendricks was a force. I don't want to overreact but he and Overshown are the type of guys that can provide an attitude shift for the entire unit, it was literally night and day with those two compared to watching LVE and Damone man the middle of the defense.
I think his play actually looked alot like prime LVE, I'll take that all year and it will be great. He can hold down the middle and let Overshown make plays. The key will be keeping Overshown clean when he is free he is a force, he isnt big enough to take on blockers all year.

Kendricks was great, but I expected this from him. He has been a very good player his entire career.

I was as impressed with Overshown in his first NFL action.

The sky is the limit for him. Some of the plays he made displayed some pretty rare athletic talent for a LBer.

The difference in our LBs decisiveness and gap discipline was glaring yesterday.

People were clowning on the signing but Kendricks still has plenty left in the tank and was dominant week 1.
Yup.....i remember that.....said he was washed up and stuff.....I'm just glad our fans don't make personnel decisions for this team....
